The Innocence of Children.

The Innocence of Children.
So, potty training my daughter. She lets a load loose in her daiper earlier this afternoon and I let her sit in it. Risk the rashes and smell etc. to try and teach her a lesson. My wife comes home and immediately Lahni runs up and say's "Mommy I have to poop on the potty!".

(I explain the situation)

Missy replies "Lahni, is this just a ploy to trick me into changing your daiper?"

Lahni thinks it over for a minute and says, "Yes mommy."
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

How much money are we talking here because I can be haggled down pretty low pretty fast on this one.

Conversation yesterday with my 3yr old son we're currently training:

Ronan, you need to go potty?
No. I don't want to.
Why won't you go poopy on the potty?
Because I don't know how.
It's the same thing - only you're sitting down and you don't have to get your butt all covered in poop.
If I poop my diaper - I just stand until you change me.

The flawless logic of a 3 year old. Angel

By the time they are 26, and you've paid them through college and their second marriage... you'll look back on that happiest day of your life, and realize suddenly: that having the happiest day of your life precludes the rest of your life from being that happy.

25 years of happiness and joy, not misery. Fucking pessimistic old hags...

Also, yes little children are tasty.
