I couldn't ride a bike if my life depended on it.

Thanks anyway lol.

(I tried as a kid. Then again I'm a little odd. I could never drive a car either).

Dodgy
I don't care if you're autistic, you CAN ride a bike!

I learned when I was a kid, but it was just once or twice.... I then started again when I was almost 30 and the first weeks was, in the word of a friend of mine, rickety. I couldn't ride straight, always making "micro"-adjustments that quickly devolved into macro-adjustments and a very zig-zaggy ride.

If this guy can ride a screwed up bike, then you can ride a regular one:

How? Lol. I'm too afraid of falling off. I have to use two wheels? I have to have a sense of BALANCE?! Fuck that lol.

I don't know how people do it. It seems freaking impossible. I can't even stand on one leg. And I actually have to pay attention to what I'm doing?! Fuck that lol.

hehe... the faster you go, the more difficult it is to fall off due to lack of balance.
The getting from stopped to moving part is often the tricky one and I guess each person has their own little trick to give the bike some thrust before the feet are on the pedals.
Me? as a right-handed person, I'm also right-legged, so I always start with the right pedal on front, put my foot there and push down as the other foot gets off the ground and my butt slides into the seat. Balance at this stage comes with practice. Your fear is only keeping you from practicing.
Instead of getting the extra wheels, you could get knee and elbow pads, as well as a helmet. That way, falling while training won't be a problem and you can do it over and over again until your brain gets it and you balance properly.

Thanks! I really don't have to lose a lot, but it's stubborn, and I'm too busy to meal prep. This just takes the thinking out of it. I hope the food tastes good.

Morning weight was 225.1, which is over half a pound lighter than my previous low since I started recording my weight fluctuations on March 11.

I think I'll stick with intermittent fasting, as I don't have to restrict anything except the hours that I eat.

Main challenge now is to increase my activity level and fit it into my schedule. Only good gym days for the upcoming week are Tuesday, Thursday and next Sunday, and I haven't been able to come up with a home exercise program that's interesting enough to actually do.

I lost at least three pounds since Saturday. I don't recommend the throwing up everything including water and not being able to eat anything for two days plus breastfeeding diet.
