A nitpick: Many (even adamant) theists I've encountered are not lying, they are simply mistaken/misinformed/intellectually stunted/emotionally lazy due, in large part, to the deep religious indoctrination and related peer pressure to which they have been exposed. They simply repeat, without any thought on their own, particular religious dogma, incorrect facts, strawmen about scientific particulars, etc., that have been shoveled into their brains.

I observe that Poster CDF47 actually lies, he is quite aware he is lying, and is quite proud of it. Such behavior is at a different level... the human sewage level.

Sure, things do that, and they also evolve. They speciate, they form entirely new genera. Either this too is part of gods plan, or gods intelligent design is malfunctioning.
