While there where some disputes in the authors of the New Testament, there is a lot of agreement as well. Every copy that we have of the Gospels, which is in tact eneough to have a title page or title at the top, all ascribe them to the same author. What type of evidence or historical method are you thinking of? How many people from the time, can meet these requirements? For that matter, how many today could?
For the umpteenth time, this is evidence for Christianity. It is not evidence for the existence of Jesus.
The question was asked, why nobody from the time called Jesus by name... which is what I answered. What type of evidence would you accept or expect? Perhaps your expectations are unrealistic.

Better question might be why did not the Greco-Romans ever hear about him until c 175AD? Celsus was the first we know of to mention any "jesus."

Just a single reference would do; after all, if "his fame spread throughout the land", why did no dispassionate, neutral observers take notice?

It's true, though.
There is no historical reference to Jesus outside of biblical writings, no mention of Jesus during a history rife with other "real" figures.

I think the daily newspapers where on strike during that time! Either that or they where controlled by the left and fake news.

You should do some research! Josephus for instance does mention Jesus as per the OP
