The importance of sleep

RE: The importance of sleep
I'd have paid more attention if there would have been an "h".
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

@Matthew Walker.
This is a testable claim. Where is the research?

I've been fucked on sleep since I was 17 years old.

Did you know that CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) has been linked to people who have had mono?  I had mono when I was 17 and diagnosed with CFS when I was in my 20's. Ever since then, I have never been able to feel fully rested no matter how much sleep I get. I am also an insomniac. Nights are hard for me because I typically average about 4-6 hours of sleep per night.

This doesn't look good for me at all.

I think the sleep studying community is still conflicted on that. Walker doesn't agree.

I don't think he frequents Atheist Forums.

I sleep through Joe Rogan's podcast all the time.

Oh fuck no. Women (well, mainly one) have enough power over me the way it is.
