For my abstract algebra refresher, I'm currently brushing up on equivalence relations and cosets. I've found that throughout the text (Abstract Algebra by Saracino), whenever it is applicable, Saracino likes making use of chains of equivalence statements in order to show that the two expressions on each end are equivalent. I'm enjoying his book so far.
