If I had to crap 4 times a day, that's a bad sign. I already have IBS so when I have a flair up I literally live in the bathroom.

I don't really think it's that, and I could Google it to find out, but where's the fun in that? Squishy - K cups are the small one time use cups that go in keurig coffee makers. 

Expensive little fuckers too.

I used to make a pot of coffee "just in case" and then only drink a third of it, four cups. So the pods are cheaper for me.

 Your mileage may vary and if it does I'll hate you forever, or until Friday.
