If I had to crap 4 times a day, that's a bad sign. I already have IBS so when I have a flair up I literally live in the bathroom.

I don't really think it's that, and I could Google it to find out, but where's the fun in that? Possible TMI, but this whole forum is usually TMI so it should fit right in , but I'm lucky if I can do it twice a week, let alone daily or four times a day. So I'm definitely not one of those aforementioned regularity boasters

Years in the Navy makes coffee integral, for me at least.

No pods, but two large cups in the AM. No sugar, splash of Almond milk.

Squishy - K cups are the small one time use cups that go in keurig coffee makers. 

Expensive little fuckers too.

I used to make a pot of coffee "just in case" and then only drink a third of it, four cups. So the pods are cheaper for me.

 Your mileage may vary and if it does I'll hate you forever, or until Friday.
