seizures can blind someone temporarily and the praying is just a coincidence and let's remember we only have Paul's word this happened and even  if it were not a seizure their are plenty of things he could have been suffering from to explain the hallucination he experienced and the others are not eyewitness so claiming they were there is not evidence .

I doubt you've read a full description of such epilepsy then and compared it to Paul's account, because overall they don't match.
