That's funny you brought up laryngeal nerve
The old argument used to be- Why do we have an appendix? Now we know the appendix stores good bacteria and repopulates the digestive system after an illness in order to keep us healthy.
As for the recurrent laryngeal nerve, I'm sure we will discover that there is actually a good reason for the path it takes at some point in the future. There are of course already numerous papers from doctors on the web explaining why the design is actually better. Here's an article discussing both sides of this argument https://evolutionnews.org/2010/10/the_re...al_nerve_/
The point is that the path the recurrent laryngeal nerve takes is highly compatible/explicable with the theory of evolution and is very questionable given intelligent design (specifically by a perfect designer). It's not just about functioning.
Now my next question:
Humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes. Our evolutionary cousins, the non-human apes, have 24 pairs. Fair enough. But here's the kicker: it turns out one of our chromosomes (chromosome 2) is a fusion of two chromosomes found in those other apes. What gives? In IDiot logic as long as it works it's intelligently designed no matter how flawed which renders intelligent design whatever the IDiot wants it to mean .

The point is the conceited ignorant moron thinks her guess, based on having gotten As in biology class of an unknown “college”, is just as good as those of professional biologists, no doubt because she has believed in god since she was 3. Yeah because science convince her or it's not true

Weird that god needed to create DNA, isn’t it? 😏 I mean, why isn’t everything in existence consisting of one homogeneous, irreducible, magical substance?
Exactly. A proper (read: honest) use of Bayesian reasoning should lead us to the inevitable conclusion that intelligent design did not happen because what we should expect to be more probable given intelligent design isn't what we observe in this reality. And time and time again, what we have expected to be more probable under evolution keeps being observed in this world.

Another of their favorites is arguing that theirs some mysterious purpose behind it . Of course they can never actually provide one and were of course being arrogant for asking questions

meanwhile it's a baseless assertion to say they can combine the quantum level with the macro level,
Everena: Well quantum biologists are the ones saying it.
(NO ONE has been able to do that, ... which you would know if you had any education, and YOU can say nothing to support your nonsense. You're sounding like a broken record. Got anything of use or interesting ?
No I don't liar. You've already been schooled on why your "logic" is insufficient ... and you can't even say which logic you use, and why.
Everena: Wrong. I am the only one using any logic. And 93% of the world can get this, so that should really, really tell you something.
Do you have any plans to demonstrate that ? LMAO.
Everena: I just did. You don't even understand what "its a matter of when, not if" means.
So then, .... rats are surviving and fucking. Hmmm. They may be more intelligent than Evy
Everena: They have intelligence, they have brains. Even ants have intelligence.
Not sure what Carrier said, but I do know that ID is an argument against the gods.
A really omnipotent god could have made life happen, under ANY conditions, not just in the narrow range in which ID claims it can happen.
Now *that's* a co-inky-dink. The 'design' just happens to be in the range in which it could have happened naturally.

Too bad elephant souls are of far more value to the designer gods than human baby souls.
This supposed "designer" apparently actually knew how to prevent cancer, but chose to "code" it only in elephants, and left the babies to suffer.
https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2018/08/elephants-rarely-get-cancer-thanks-zombie-gene
"According to a study published yesterday in Cell Reports, researchers discovered that elephants have extra copies of two cancer-fighting genes: P53, which hunts for cells with miscopied DNA, and LIF6, which obliterates the mutated cells before they can form a tumor"
[/quote]
After the fall, perfection is clearly not the intent of the design. This would be expected in Christianity.

That's simply how the Designer decided this would work.

Even so, it would still be more likely under evolution than under Genesis literalism. And that's a point against your position, not for your position.

I get that. What you're not getting is that it's more likely under evolution.
