I don't want this forum to close, I'm not vindictive.

I went somewhere else because I saw this forum going in a direction which I did not want to follow.

My purpose here is for staff to become self-aware.

By all means, who's going to argue if any staff member states: "he was removed because of....."

It's all up to you. I'm always here to provide the other side, until you decide I can't.

This sentence is hot garbage, but I think you're complaining that we haven't provided a means for members to reprimand staff...
