I'm legitimately astonished that with the neverending mountain of problems we have in the west, you routinely fail to present examples that are anything more or less than spider-brained rambling.

Cut him some slack.
It is easy for us in the west to armchair quarterback when we are not the ones living under close the fear he puts up with every day.
I am not saying he is right about everything, he is not.
I don't care if you are a Palestinian fearing an Israeli strike, or an Israeli fearing a Palestinian rocket. When humans in general face trauma, especially on a regular basis, it is going to mentally screw them up.
Even in America, I ran into a Gulf War Vet at a bar. Pasty white guy. But, just like Nam vets, this guy couldn't tell the difference between the objection to politics and personal service. That guy scared the shit out of me. I backed off very quickly because I could tell that what he saw had mentally screwed him up so bad he couldn't reason well. All he knew was that his buddies were killed in front of him.
Soldier, kid, civilian, it does not matter what side, friend or foe, crime or war, trauma affects humans and can skew their perceptions and fuck up their logic.
