This is a problem for CDF. He does not grasp that populations evolve, individuals do not. In evolutionary terms. However, the term has been hijacked in popular parlance to imply individuals by the religious. Thus CDF is familiar with terms like "personally evolving", "spiritualy evolving" and such like bullshit.
In scientific parlance, evolving has a much stricter meaning and CDF simply cannot grok that.
