What is your proof that the statement of "No God" is not a declarative statement for:

1. True (there is No God)
2. False (there is a God(s))

That is the form of a declarative statement (premise/reason to support an argument)..

We, or 'I', do NOT need any 'Counterargument'.

Words do NOT define reality.
They are poor descriptions of it.
Our language is a pale place holder of simple tools that we use to try and explain to one another and ourselve the reality around us.

But I do not expect you to reply with a coherant answer since I am not convinced (And you've shown no indication) that you understand the current word set that you are using.

The premises and conclusions of an argument are always statements and prospositions, as opposed to questions, commmands or exclamations. A STATEMENT IS AN ASSERTION THAT IS EITHER TRUE OR FALSE (AS THE CASE MAY BE( AND IS TYPICALLY EXPRESSED BY A DECLARATIVE SENTENCE.
