You've been told to develop an evolutionary algorithm to see how things develop in a virtual system in the hopes that it would help you understand how far evolution can take simple basic rules, like those found in chemistry and develop biochemistry. Mimic what others have made, google evolutionary computer model... maybe you'll find something already made in python (which is free).
Learn how powerful evolution is and then maybe you'll break free of your micro-macro idiocy and then maybe you'll understand what some folk have been telling you about your belief in an incompetent god.

I highly doubt that CDF has the cred he claims..but it's not beyond the realm of possibility that some ME thinks he's qualified to comment on genetics while his statements to that effect demonstrate that he is profoundly not.
