And where is terrorism even mentioned ? Your reply is clearly anti-Muslim, and proves how retarded your view of Muslims, and the forum's stance on hatred speech, are.

Personally, I am anti-muslim, anti christian, pretty much any and all of the superstious nonsense. To me, it all resides in the realm of Santa Clause.

Why should I regard your fairy story as more accurate than any of the others?
The meek shall inherit the Earth, the rest of us will fly to the stars.

Never underestimate the power of very stupid people in large groups

Arguing with an engineer is like wrestling with a pig in mud ..... after a while you realise that the pig likes it!

Where is the Ad hominem you're refering to? These guys ignore a great deal about the religion, and it disgusts me that you would rather back them up than acknowledge how wrong they were in spreading lies in public settings.

It is you who is ignoring what they said and instead of, let's say, quoting them, you talk about them personally which is why it is called Ad hominem fallacy. Needless to say that kind of approach won't impress anyone here.

I don't think it's fair to compare that with Islam, which remained uncompromising since it began to exist.

Oh, if they're so ok with denominations why were Catholics and protestants killing each other in Ireland till quite recently?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Evidence is the huge amount of body count resulting from Muslim civil wars like the one in Syria and Yemen. Nothing is easier to detect than a Syrian Shiite Alawi air raid; or a Saudi Sunni airstrike.
They are so scattered. Wait for the next Sunni/Shiite war: Saudi Arabia vs Iran.
So scattered.

Please, stop the nonsense. Ongoing wars in the Middle East are very complicated poltical matters and have nothing to do with what each sect believes. If you think this is worth discussing the open a new thread, you're wasting your breath here.
No. It's not a battle royal. What was presented to you was clear. Gymnastic jumps only complicate your way to the goal.
Quote:I am. And you're cowardly trying to dodge my question. Where is the numbers of prayers per day in the Qur'an ? direct answer please.

3 not 5.
I answered for the sake of the argument. Next time behave yourself when you ask; troll.

Quote:So, that highly regarded intellectuals in your side prove to be ignorant about the basics of a religion they confidently and consistently insult, isn't evidence for you people that you should look up harder?

Yes. My only Imam is my brain; maybe that's why I can communicate with people.

I did quote them, you can find the references by spending five seconds typing the right keywords in Google search.

And if you think the statement "Dawkins didn't read the Qur'an" is ad hominem, you're kindly asked to review your definition of the fallacy.

Wrong answer.
You should change your religious views from Muslim(neither sunni, nor shia but my own imaginary denomination instead) to random guy who prays three times a day because his brain told him so.

What do you suggest for me to follow?
Shiite twelver Islam, or Sunni Wahhabi Islam?

Boru

I already mentioned Muhammad successfully challenging his contemporaries with the Qur'an, despite their high proficiency with Arabic, they chose to prosecute him instead of responding intellectually. So Muhammad's claim that the Qur'an cannot be man made becomes more credible.

I suggest Sunni Islam, makes a lot more sense than the shiite doctrine claiming that Ali's should've been the first caliph according to .. the Qur'an

Again, that's no argument "He didn't read the Koran" but avoiding his actual claims that he said about Islam and because, I'm assuming, you can't handle them.

A lot of people didn't read "Mein Kampf" but can make true criticism about Nazism and Fascism.
