never owned a BB gun, look too much like real guns scary, well I have a neurological disability called hydrocephalus. It’s an excess of spinal fluid on the brain. I went untreated for many years and that caused a lot of brain damage. Specifically to my eyes and memory.

What do you say to people who tell you your other senses are heightened in compensation for your loss of sight?

They’re just not paying attention. Sighted people are in short blinded by sight they use it so much they just forget they can hear or smell, or taste, or touch.

One of my cousins tells me the same thing. I took him out into a field and let him drive my SUV once. He was laughing like a maniac. (I forgot to ask if you can cope with smilies. It's kinda my thing.)
