Vote Blue, no matter who

Vote Blue, no matter who
People be mad because Pete won the Iowa Caucus instead of Bernie.

If you're going to allow such trivialities to divide you, it's just going to be another four years of Trump.

Vote Blue, no matter who.

It's going to be another four more years of trump no matter what you do. Everything present in his last victory is worse today, and this time foreign bidding got a senate greenlight.

This isn't trivial. It's not like Pete won fair and square. We're mad because the DNC did everything in their power to squash Bernie, and made themselves look like idiots in the process.. Not to mention that one would think "vote blue, no matter who" died when Hillary lost to Trump. They rigged the elections last time, because they hate Bernie, then their anointed one lost to Trump. A man that they has help promote, because they thought he'd be an easy win for their girl.

No, don't vote blue, no matter who. Don't even vote for who you think will most likely win. Vote for who you like the most. This problem wouldn't exist if people did that, instead of settling for someone "more electable".

Trump won because of the same outdated Elecoral College that elected Bush. Be mad at the EC.

If electability was still a meaningful concern, Donald Trump’s campaign would have died long before the primaries.

Also, the “vote blue, no matter who” line isn’t really all that useful in the primaries.

Yeah, the EC and SD both need to go away. Popular vote should be what matters.

@ Chad

The DNC didn't do anything to Bernie. Not this time, not last time.

That doesn't detract from your point that people should probably stop voting for the lesser of two evils, ofc.

Oh, they did. We know there was fuckery going on in 2016, and now with all the messed up stuff surrounding Iowa, you think I should trust that it was an honest mistake? Why is it, whenever there's an oops regarding this thing, it always swings one way? Towards the establishment pick? Nah, I don't trust them at all. They can hide behind the excuse that "Well we're just grossly incompetent", if they want, but I'm pretty sure they know exactly what they're doing. They'd rather look like idiots, and lose to Trump, than unify behind a progressive.

RE: Vote Blue, no matter who
Biden is the establishment pick. Nothing in Iowa went his way, and the results of the Iowa caucus simply couldn't have been better for Bernie.

Coincidentally, the way this caucus played out was determined by the bernie bros unity commission who were convinced that the dnc rigged it against them last time...which they didn't.

I share your concern about an allegedly progressive party that doesn't seem to want to unite behind progressive messaging. That doesn't make these conspiracy theories about bernie getting the shaft true. A more mundane explanation for that is right there in our shared frustration. Progressives don't feel comfortable getting behind a progressive candidate. That's why he lost the last one, plain and simple. He'll probably lose this one for the same reason. Progressivism is seen as a liability in this country, even to progressives.

RE: Vote Blue, no matter who
I'm pretty sure the establishment is trying to pick someone else, after Biden started telling everyone to vote for trump, if they have a problem with him.

If you don't think anything shady is going on here, or then, so be it. I just saw a video of a kid doing a coin toss to see which delegate goes to Bernie, or Pete, and he was blatantly fiddling with it for several seconds before stating that three go to Pete. I'm pretty sure if that happened in a sporting event, fans would be rioting.
