Happy Birthday to Banned Members?

We have 2 birthdays of banned members today.  Does such really make sense?  It's why I do not have fly paper in my home; it's just too gross.

Agreed, it’s kind of annoying. I’m not sure there’s a lot that can be done about it, though an Admin would know better than me.
