There is the 'law' of sharia that they promote. It too is savage and espouses only domination and subjugation. First developed in the First Century (AD) it was an outgrowth of male dominated savagery. Males had total control over women and children; freedom was never even a concept. Slavery was approved and encouraged for any 'non-believers' if they survived the murderous invasion of their lands and confiscation of their property.
All this is no secret.

Islam’s reliance to an outdated religious belief system is to blame for the atrocities it commits. Using another country as a scapegoat is mere unwillingness to accept that perhaps one’s own community is in dire need of liberal and progressive change.

Yes because Saddam , Gaddafi , Assad , The Taliban, ISIS were not all monsters and it's all the west's fault the murdered and oppressed there own people .

The point being, even liberal countries have their issues, but being progressive isn’t one of them. Islam, however, cannot seem to move past the infancy stage of its humanity, and as a result it remains the enemy of reasonable progress.

Those Western interventions seem mild compared to Islamic 1400 years of religious wars against the world and themselves.

The fact that anti-Muslim bigotry is widely tolerated among people who think of themselves as progressive shows that liberal countries are in denial. Their imagined progressiveness has a long way to go. 

The fact that they use Islam as a scapegoat and a focus to distract from their own use of violence shows that they are creative at finding ways to avoid progress.

A bigot is someone who looks at a huge and diverse group of people and then defines the whole group by its worst members.
