‘The Ranch’. I find it astonishing that a show with Sam Elliot AND Debra Winger could be so mind-numbingly awful.

Character motivations kept changing, plot lines got rehashed to the point of dullness, etc. Sam Elliot had a few good lines, such as when his ex-wife berated him for eating fast food immediately after his heart surgery: ‘That’s not my fault - who the fuck builds an Arby’s right next to a hospital?’ Cute, but not enough to build an entire show around. I watch little television so I didn't even know this show was a thing. I love Sam Elliott but Debra Winger makes me gag. Thinkin' this isn't on my list of things I need to experience. I will take your, and Eleven's, word for it. Hard pass for me.
