I have a picture in my 1984 HS yrbook two page spread of "The Year In News", which contained pictures and blurbs describing the events of that year. One was a picture of the first artificial heart. Another was a picture of Reagan. Another was a picture of the space shuttle. And one was a picture outside the McDonalds 1984 San Ysidro massacre in which 21 were murdered by killer James Huberty.

You guys are being very unfair to americans non existent constitutional right to inexpensive weapons.
If we can't pay less than the cost of a life to acquire the tools to take life..then what's the point..and that's an honest question.

The media reporting linking this to the increase in asian/race violence due to covid rhetoric while not addressing mental health issues and lack of firearm background checks and screenings is a mistake.

My guess is this guy had an Asian leaning, and got turned down by an Asian. So it is still a hate crime to me.
I think his business targets say a lot about what he was angry about.

The point was making it perfectly clear that these crimes weren't acceptable, because there was some debate about that..and, apparently, still is.
