Remember when Jay Leno used to have people quizzed on the street and half of them didn't know who the vice president of the US was? Your problem is you expect perfection from everyone and if they slightly falter, they are written off as bigots. Like I said before, we were pretty much all taught by our parents that sex is gender and gender is sex. Just because Dave Chappelle doesn't have the latest ideology downloaded to his brain and fully understood, that doesn't make him a bigot. If he refuses to educate himself because he’s emotionally attached to having hateful beliefs about trans people then yes, that makes him a bigot.

Everyone can be joked about. Trans people don't have to find it funny, but if they want Chappelle's special taken down, they are asking for special treatment, not equal treatment. I'm an egalitarian/ classical feminist (none of this current feminist wave BS) and I believe people should be given equal treatment no matter what their gender is. You are against equality, and that is sad.
