Listening to podcasts to fend off husband's attempts to bore me to death with seemingly endless auto racing on TV.

Can't seem to stay on task today. Got my work work done but the around the house work is a challenge.

Off to the doctor again. They told me over the phone that it wasn’t serious, so I’ve got that going for me.

Signed up to get flu and zoster vax at CVS. Not sure I'll be happy. Both pharmacies I've been to this past week have been packed with unmasked old farts.

Ok, so the dizziness is due to arrhythmia, which is due to low magnesium, which is due to the diuretics I take as part of my blood pressure regimen (basically, I’m pissing away my magnesium and a few other bodily salts).

I’m told that taking a daily multi-mineral supplement should fix everything.

Good to hear it sounds easily fixable. A couple years ago I told my cardiologist that I would take the other meds he had me on but not the diurectic. One of the meds I was on was a combination that included the diuretic. One refill that combo wasn't available so I was given each med separately so I performed my own experiment. I didn't take the diurectic and my BP stayed fine and I wasn't swelling up anywhere.
