I wonder how many pocket fisherman he would have bought from Ron Popeil.

Highly successful people wiht lots of money got there because they are smart and ingenuitive. They make great role models.

By any sensible metric, I’m highly successful with lots of money. You want to be like me?

There’s a term for people who style themselves vegetarians, but consume small amounts of fish as a protein source. What is it…pesci…pesca…? No wait - ‘hypocrite’, that’s the word.

How can I cancel my subscription to 2022?
I've had my 14 day free trial and it's not what I want.

Seventy years ago, the Rosenbergs went to the electric chair for giving nuclear secrets to Russia. It seems clear to me that Ethel knew about her husband's activity but was not involved directly, and chose to stand with him.
Fast forward to 2021. A crowd storms the Capitol, with the intent to potentially kill a number of politicians, killing and seriously injuring several cops, and egged on by a number of other politicians.
The rioters get a few years, at best, and the leaders are still free, and holding positions of power.
There's something seriously wrong here.

It ain't over, yet. I'm hoping it wraps up in time for the guilty to go to jail, so that they can be pardoned by the 2024 rethuglican administration. That's sarcastic jest, I guess. The US is swirling the drain.

Gee, thanks so much Karm for whining at 3:30 in the morning till you wake me up just so you can curl up and go back to sleep. I'm tempted to poke you repeatedly to keep you awake.

I'm convinced my wife has trained all of the cats to pretend to be hungry and demand to be fed during my day-sleep. I grumblingly get up, rinse out all their food and water dishes, and put down fresh stuff, which they studiously ignore.
