Thus the football jersey in his early shows.  Ellen Foley had pipes, but no complaints about Karla DeVito.  Jim Steinman and Todd Rundgren wrote, produced, played on those albums.

Louie Anderson, whose four-decade career as a comedian and actor included his unlikely, Emmy-winning performance as mom to twin adult sons in the TV series “Baskets,” died Friday. He was 68.

Michael Madsen's son, Hudson Madsen, aged 26 - apparently he killed himself and he lived in Hawaii. I mean who kills themselves living in Hawaii?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Howard Hesseman - actor perhaps best known for the role of Captain Pete Lassard in "Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment".

That’s a bummer.

I think he’s better known, though, as Dr. Johnny Fever from ‘WKRP In Cincinnati’.

That's what I remember him from, in re-runs.

Shame.

Cheslie Kryst - Miss USA 2019. Suicide by jumping from a building in Manhattan.

I guess winning beauty contests and living in Manhattan is not enough motivation for living these days.

I'm still mourning for Rik Mayall and Robin Williams.

And both my grandmothers (both my grandfathers died before I was born).

But, most of all, my dad. Who died in October last year.

Always wanted to go to their funerals but never could. Not just the famous people ... it's a long story.

Milltown Mel, a groundhog who has for years offered his weather predictions on Groundhog Day, has died, his handlers say. They say Mel "recently crossed over the rainbow bridge" — and their scramble for a replacement rodent before Feb. 2 was fruitless.
