If a biological male is presenting as a female, "their" motive is not to abuse and/or take advantage of biological women or children. As you said, there is virtually no evidence of this sort of behavior, and so, the exceptions (if there are any) do not prove the rule.
In any case, I am completely okay using the men's restroom! I just stare and grin at them when they talk to me.

And, in practice, even though that is overwhelmingly the case IRL, as long as they can churn out anecdotes, it doesn’t matter to them. Indeed, the fact that, even on the off chance that their narrative is actually true, going into the “wrong” bathroom and claiming you belong there isn’t going to make any creepy shit they do to women any less illegal means nothing. Hell, the fact that, of all the “cases” I’ve encountered, I can count the ones where the creep in question is confirmed to have even played the gender identity card on one hand (and the ones that do almost always have prior sex offenses) means fuck all.

Fact is, though, there are biological women who commit sexual abuse, and are convicted of such. A small minority, to be sure, but such does happen.

Yes, and as far as I can tell, AFAB sex offenders almost certainly outnumber trans sex offenders by a huge margin. Fun fact, in the wake of the Wi Spa incident in LA, I decided to check the sex offenders’ registry to see how the numbers fared. Within a 10 mile radius of the spa, I found (as far as I can tell, since I could only go by names/aliases and gender IDs), 25 cis female offenders, and 2 trans women (and since one of them is given the name Elizabeth with no other aliases, but identified as male, I can’t totally rule out a “Boy Named Sue” situation). And their offenses were 15 years apart, which doesn’t make for much of a trend.
So, to recap, in a decent-sized portion of the second biggest city in America (there are so many weird enclaves and exclaves in LA that I couldn’t even begin to cover what proportion of the city that covered), where a well-publicized incident had just occurred, I found that cis female sex offenders outnumbered trans sex offenders 10 to 1. And somehow, they’re more afraid of the largely benign trans women more than cis women who are statistically more likely to do harm to their children.

Great video I saw about trancel culture. I disagree with him about the so called "don't say gay" bill, but other than that, Mr. Girl AKA Max is pretty spot on. I hope this doesn't violate the serious tag on the thread as I'm certainly not attacking any transgender poster here, but rather the direction of some parts of the movement.

I was wondering if normal, regular old trans people have the same issues with the activists as many of us cis do. How do the normal trans people here feel about the way activists are taking things? Do you think the strategy could be improved? Are you ok with scientists like Richard Dawkins being completely written off because he said one thing you disagree with and because he still has a little bit left to learn on the subject or is still in the debating stage rather than a stage of acceptance, like plenty of other scientists as well. What do you think about trancel culture?

Of all the left-leaning YouTubers you could pick, you picked Max Fucking Karson? The guy who defended Cuties not because there was some perspective being lost in all the controversy (one that might be easier to discern if you look not only into the director’s own words, but in the works of directors like Michael Haneke, Lars von Trier, and Gaspar Noe), but because he considered the kids sexy? The unrepentant domestic abuser? The man who’s admitted that he’s aware he’s so unhinged that when he sought help, he asked for the Hannibal Lecter treatment? Seriously?
(Note: as sensationalistic as the thumbnail is, this is one of those videos where, after a brief introduction, they just let his own words speak for themselves for 50 minutes.)
Frankly, there’s a LOT to criticize about social media echo chambers (especially how they radicalise when left to their own devices, and this ain’t just a trans thing) and the glorified harassment campaigns that we call cancel culture, but could you have picked literally anyone else? For just one example, and one relevant to trans issues, Contrapoints has a great video on canceling and the harassment campaign that ensued because she made the mistake of hiring a trans man with some dodgy views to read a John Waters quote:

First of all, none of that about Max has anything to do with how well he expressed his argument there. He has admitted to abuse, which shows me that he's probably a better person than an abuser that would not admit to it, and it's not like he beat anyone and gave them a black eye or anything. I don't care what Max is attracted to, as there's nothing wrong with attraction alone, as long as he doesn't act on those attractions and keeps it legal, and I certainly don't see how this is relevant to his views on trancel culture. I will check out your videos though.

Like I said, Contra's video is a much better take on the same subject that isn't tainted by the speaker being a complete dumpster fire.

Maybe so, but my video is 8 minutes, which saves people an hour and a half compared to your video which is almost 2 hours long.
I finished your video about Max and I've determined that Max is a thousand times more honest and trustworthy than the author of your video. It has horror movie music looped throughout the whole video, which is a form of manipulation and should have jumped out to you right away. It takes things out of context from videos like "How I learned to stop hitting women", and makes it seem like he is bragging about it, when clearly he has admitted that he was wrong and has stopped, which is something a person should be commended for.

Even people released from jail after doing far worse deserve a second chance. You have lied and taken things out of context too. Unrepentant abuser? He said he doesn't believe in guilt. He entirely admits that he was wrong for hitting previous girlfriends though. Don't misrepresent things. He did something sexual with a cat when he was 13? He was 13 for Gods' sake. Max says that "technically" he once punched a woman in the face, but he says it was very soft, which your video conveniently left out, so honestly it sounds more like he's describing play fighting. Pushing and slapping is very bad though, and should be taken very seriously. No one should be doing that.
So yeah, if we're talking about a dumpster fire, I think it's only fair to point out that Max seems to be far more honest than the author you presented to me. Max is far more open and honest than most people, and he takes the mask off that most people wear, which is what makes him and his takes so interesting to me. And it's kind of hard to take Contrapoints seriously right now as well, after she just burned the bridge with Vaush a couple months ago over him supposedly being misogynistic, and Contra basically said Vaush's view was less valuable because he wasn't trans like her. Sounds like she needs to take a look in the mirror, because if someone as pro-trans as Vaush can't even pass the test of "cis people allowed to have opinions on trans matters", then basically no one passes that test. The ego of this woman.

For the record,
1) It's one thing to give someone a second chance. When he's currently working on another relationship and he's still being abusive (which covers a good-sized portion of the video), that kinda rings hollow. About the only positive I can give for his growth is that at least the videos of his time with his current girlfriend seems (as far as I know) to mostly be down to emotional abuse rather than physical.
2) For what it's worth, there's another version of the doco without the music. I should probably have linked to that one.
3) The circumstances that led to Vaush and Contra falling out are a bit more complicated than you presented it, and, frankly, it's a situation where nobody comes out looking particularly good.
And back to the subject at hand, regardless of any drama Max Karson or Natalie Wynn have endured, in the video you presented, it's concise, but it ends up sounding a bit questionable and uncomfortably right-wing-adjacent. Indeed, less than a minute after the part you linked to in the &t section of the video, he outright says that "when people say trans women are women, they are lying to you." Regardless of Karson's actual beliefs, this is the sort of thing that makes people (especially trans folk) think "Well, this person has nothing worthwhile to say." And Natalie's video, as long as it is, does a good job of explaining the pitfalls of echo chambers and cancel culture, and doing so in terms that the left is more likely to listen to.
