Wilko Johnson, guitarist for Dr. Feelgood and Ser Ilyn Payne on Game of Thrones. In January 2013, he was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer and given 10 months to live. He lasted almost ten years (partly because his type was rare and treatable with radical surgery.)
