I stayed pretty well hammered through a large part of the 1990s. So…yes.

By the 90s that part of my life was pretty much over. I was raising kids and a single mom again so trying to get back into the workforce. The fun times were in my rear view mirror.

I got laid off from my engineer job in '91 when peace broke out. I was either unemployed or underemployed for 5-1/2 years after that. I had vehicles that I was restoring that I had to sell cheap to help make ends meet (and pay the mortgage) and was working three part-time jobs. So no, I don't miss the '90s apart from having been able to live through them, without going bankrupt.
