The ‘has to’ bit bothers me a little.

The black man arguing for gender segregation, go figure.

Intersectionality, man. Race obsessed people often believe that race accomodation (whatever that is) competes with gender accommodation in a zero sum game such that, for every person in the wrong gendered bathroom, that will be one fewer person of the wrong race allowed to..well...live. Or, amusingly, if you're race obsessed in the way that makes you think other races shouldn't be, for every person in the wrong gendered bathroom..that's one more of the bad race that will be allowed to..again..live.

AKA, weird white (privileged) gender motherfuckers are sucking up all the rarified race accommodating juice - for good or for ill.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

The 'has to'' applies to everyone, not just transgenders.

Stop it, interseconality is a one way street, meaning whatever rights black american descendants of slavery fought for have to apply to every other group,  but it's never reciprocated. LBGT only advocate for their group. Asians only advocate for thier group. Right now Asians are complaining about being rejected for admissions into Harvard at the expense of the black students. Miss me with the Intersectionality bs.

Harvard admits record number of Asian American students while Black and Latino admissions drop

Irrelevant there shouldn't be anything stopping them from using the women's one.

Lol, it's the statement that is bullshit. Rights are not a zero sums game no matter how desperate you are to pretend they are to excuse acting like a jerk.  Dodgy

Why should there even be a ‘has to’? For anyone?
