I don't think you get it, so let me reframe the question. Trans women claim to have periods, do you think it possible for trans women to menstrate.
I reject the premise that trans women claim to have (true) periods. Yes, that one did claim to have them, but I don't think that's representative of trans women in general.
They can have something that's period-like if they're on HRT, but a full-blown period, with blood or the shedding of a uterine lining, is impossible. And it's my understanding that the majority of trans women know this.

Well..I guess...if Huggy can find even one loon that makes the claim then we're on the hook for disappearing hundreds or thousands of other loons who don't so that no one ever does and Huggy can rest easy at night.

As I said earlier, what these women are talking about/going through is not a true period (no bleeding, no uterine lining being shed), it’s just the estrogen they’re on replicating many of the same side effects that many cis women on their periods feel.
