How does that justify homicide? Nelly was, according to witnesses, behaving erratically and was harassing the other passengers. At no point was he violent or 'dangerous'.

Seriously, Penny could have just held him in a chokehold and moved on to less potentially lethal restraints, perhaps enlisting other passengers to help him and either pushed him off at the next stop or had someone call the cops and waited for them to deal with him.

'Everybody is in a panic': New right-wing Florida bill threatens 'huge crisis' for industry

A newly-signed bill by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis that sharply cracks down on the ability of immigrants to work is setting off alarm bells in the state's agriculture industry which relies heavily on immigrant labor, reported Scripps News West Palm on Monday.

"From farming to construction, the law is expected to have a wide-ranging impact on a number of industries vital to Florida's economy," said the report. "Some farm workers are already too scared to go to work and are considering leaving the state, which could cause a huge staffing crisis for Florida agriculture."

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Georgia went through that. Crops rotting in the field because of not enough people to harvest them, even at well over minimum wage. DeSantis can't not know this.

I wonder the reason?

So, a man with known mental health issues is a pos (yes, I know he has a criminal record), but a trained marine, who could have restrained his without killing him, is a hero?

Are you a Rittenhouse fanboy, too?

Remember, this is the same party that just went through 20 years of military clusterfucks in the Middle East and still thinks that doing the exact same thing to Mexico (which is right next door) is somehow a good idea.
