This graph means nothing unless you know the percentage of the potential workforce that consist of non-EU immigrants and refugees. I also find it heartening that the lowest percentage of contributions to public finances are the elderly.

Not sure about the economic benifit, but when I'm wandering around the local shops, hearing bits of conversation in other languages (mainly polish here) makes it so much more interesting.
