I look at Jack Smith and his background and demeanor, and never ever want to be in his crosshairs. That guy has brought down war criminals- I'd be a cheap court date and in a long lock-up tout-suite. Glad my only (victimless) crime was speeding with the rest of the traffic on my work commute.

This (latest) Trump indictment lists six unindicted co-conspirators. The general consensus is that at least five of them are lawyers who were hired by Trump: Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Jeffrey Clark, and Kenneth Chesebro.
Doesn’t this severely undercut Trump’s ‘advice of counsel’ defense? Boru
