I see he attended Gallaudet University, for the deaf. It might explain his behavior during detainment, because there is certain etiquette to be observed when dealing with deaf people.

According to the article, he was already found guilty of charges including assaulting law enforcement officers. His behaviour in this hearing was...to assault law enforcement officers.

I will never understand these people.
