Watching the news. I didn't get home from Maplewood until 5:30 because I ran some errands today. I have a tall stack of books on Hinduism that I had on hold at the library.

Went diving this morning, with no beginners in the group, we were able to dive the canyon, which is a sheer drop from about 60 feet to 1200, we stayed above 80. It's like looking into the abyss. I could faintly hear whale song.

Afterwards, we walked uptown to a restaurant we hadn't eaten at before for some fish tacos. While we were eating, I watched this old timer cooking huachinango entero asado (whole red snapper, cooked on a stick over charcoal). I need to go back for that.

I love red snapper. The one time I went deep sea fishing and caught a couple, it was so good to go home and eat it.

Between fresh snapper and mahi mahi, I am happy and well fed.

Pulling a turkey from the freezer. I'm finally getting around to cooking some of the turkey that I bought at Thanksgiving.
