Around here, stop signs are treated as advisory "If you were in the mood to stop, this is a good place". People don't stop unless necessary. If stopping happens, whoever is in the biggest hurry goes first.

It's utter chaos to the uninitiated, but it actually works pretty well.

The eclipse starts to become visible here around 12:30 with totality being around 20 minutes to 2. The lights should be back on by 3:30. Will this be enough time to rapture up all the evangelicals? I would be more interested in watching them being hoovered up than to watch it get dark and then light again...and will I need eclipse glasses to watch the saved get sucked up into the heavens?

It's pretty overcast here this morning.  Not sure there will be much to see/notice if there isn't a break in the cloud cover.
