In regard to the gun control issue brought up earlier, I'm a staunch believer in second amendment rights. I keep a loaded pistol at home. The problem is that because of the immorality and lack of love for one another people will continue to massacre innocent people including children. Because of this it's not a matter of if, but when people will have enough and we will loose this important right.

Oh sure. A trump voter sees a problem with immorality and a lack of love for other people. Meanwhile, back in mere reality, trumps been calling his second amendment people™ to do something. Wish granted.

The "rhetoric" on display here wasn't unexpected, but what most of you are claiming as facts about this man is utter bullshit. Why would the NRA endorse him if he suggested taking away citizens' lawfully owned guns?

Just the fact that you're lamenting him not being killed is fucking pathetic, and this attempt on his life just sealed the Democrats' fate.
The echo chamber in here has gotten really loud.

Sounds like the dems problem to me..though I personally doubt it matters that much. It has been a fantasy on the right for some time, though. I believe it's trumps self described secretary of retribution who's been making rounds on the wingnut internet telling all the wackos it be great if the old man got shot.

But he DID suggest exactly that. He said to take the guns first, then go to court. Look it up.

Name any other American president - Democrat or Republican - who ever floated that idea.

Trump was president for four years and never showed any inclination to take our gun rights away. The NRA staunchly supports him because they know he supports gun rights. Trump has a bit of a problem with his mouth.

Or Trump did show an inclination to do exactly that, though you may not see it that way since he wasn't talking about you and your people, thus "our" rights...and the NRA supports him because they have no other choice. As he's a lifelong con man and grifter who captured their backend and stole all of their money. Same reason Ted and Teds Ugly Wife endorse him. Same reason all the bootlickers who called him a lunatic or worse now endorse him.
