Vance and people like him are their own case...they don't believe in anything, not even (and especially) the fascism they're selling...but for the unwashed maga masses it makes sense, in that they believe that this is what has been done to them. That were they to master the use of these magical words others would feel the shame they feel and be compelled to new ends as they have been. That they would then control the levers of society in the same way the demonic left has.
