"this new idea"......

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. Time dilation is a function of velocity, not where you are in the universe.

It only becomes apparent when you are travelling at a significant fraction of c. Or if you are in the event horizon of a black hole, and if that were the case we would not be having this conversation.

And we are not at the center of the universe.

And by the way, as you have said, it is just an idea.
With not an ounce of experimental data or evidence to support it.

I could try, but I would fail. Its the whole point Chippy, in order for you to grasp anything you'd need way more education, than the one you transpire. Perhaps you don't realize this, but in order to refute big bang cosmology you need to know what is it about!, the evidence, look at the data, and calculate it by yourself. As it stands you are a mockery of all the people and the hard work that was made towards it, so you don't get to come here, like a pig wearing the finest robes, and say big bang cosmology is wrong, just because it doesn't conform to your wrater dim vision of reality. You don't get to say "Goddidit!", because to me thats the lazy answer of the feeble minded. This guy is the world's biggest asshole. How many times on this forum (and even to this christoholic moron) has the cosmic microwave background radiation been mentioned? How many times on this forum (and in this thread) has the expansion of the universe been mentioned. I for one think this asshole should be banned since his constant jaqing off and refusing to acknowledge answers proves he is nothing but a troll (not to mention waste of oxygen).

Don't try changing the subject grasshopper.

I presented evidence for an old universe, now you in turn need to produce your evidence for a young universe.....

Waiting......................

Ok finen the sun is shrinking at a rate that if you go back to 14 billion years ago the sun would almost be touching where the earth is. For carbon 14 in the atmosphere being produced and decaying it would eventually reach a state of equalibrium. Scientists estemated this to be at about 50000 years, but we're not there yet. The amount of carbon 14 is increasing. It has not had enough time to reach equalibrium. The earth is slightly slowing its rotation. If you were to go back a couple billion years the earth would have the rotation of Jupiter. This would be devastating to earths atmosphere.

I was right. Chimp's parents are brother and sister.

Other than that....ROFLMFAO

You obviously don't know about it. Speed and black holes are the only things that effect time? Tell me why are our satellite clocks fast compared to earth clocks? Come on. It's because gravity effects time too. Not limited to black holes though they do have the most gravity and thus would slow time down more. Plus you think we know everything about time dilation? Please.

Funny how you quote a Christian scientist. He claimed to believe in God in your quote. Anyways I'm willing to listen to reasonable claims, but cosmology has none. Prove me wrong.
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Don't forget the dilation from ordinary run of the mill plain vanilla gravity. The satellites in LEO have a 38 microsecond difference from clocks on the surface of Earth.

A link for anyone who's actually interested. Chip, remember, that's all bullshit. As per your request. So, why use bullshit to support your own narrative? Tell me again why your narrative is correct?

(GR and SR are two of the foundations of Big Bang Cosmology, in case you weren't aware.)

This explains the answer to the satellite question I already answered. I know gravity effects time and I already said that. I said Big Bang Theory Evidence.

Again, GR and SR are bullshit, as per your request. Please continue.

If you'd like to retain GR or SR you're going to have to make a case for them firmly rooted in scripture. Unless, perish the thought, you can't.

(and yes, I know you'd rather jump all over the place arguing anything except the idiocy you've offered as support of your narrative, I'd just like to see a little focus...is that unfair? The worst kind of shit and run poster is the one that lingers.)
