I feel like it's one of the cafeteria christian holidays. You know, the folks who go to church four times a year. So it may be that they remember 'oh yeah. I'm supposed to be out there converting people.' Drop in here, get their asses handed to them and split. It's one theory. Now in order for it to be a valid theory it needs to explain the data and make predictions for the future.

It's an interesting theory.

I've tended to notice it. Maybe it's all the Catholics being driven crazy by fasting and not eating meat on Friday. Or maybe they decided to give up taking their Haldol for Lent.

And I completely agree that there are atheists I've encountered here who are absolutely intelligent, willing to debate, and even more courteous than most religious people I encounter on so-called Christian forums.

Ah Edward, you continue to try and evade your permanent ban from...what is it, 2 years ago now? Luckily I remember your website, and every time you come here under a new name you always have to show it off at some point, which of course allows me to ban you again for creating a sock account.

Permanent means permanent. Now go off and write about how you were wrong about me, that I'm a terrible admin, and that our website is full of bigots that ban "freethinkers" like you. Believe me, I find your articles about us hilarious.
