Hmm. . . the OP has stated that we know nothing about what he's been through. Is he perhaps admitting that the only reason he's religious is because he's too weak to deal with life without a "merciful", "caring" guardian figure?

Yeah the Koran says that Allah is way more powerful than Yahweh. It's the true word of god you know. Says so right there in the book.
