Where do you rate on Dawkins scale?

I love cats fights, but only when I can see with my own eyes the combatants pulling hair and ripping each other's clothes off. Vicarious catfights via the key board are boring.

Agreed. I prefer an actual debate. I think I'll just start linking posters when I have no argument.

But deep deep down you really don't believe that.
*nudge nudge* Wink

Oh yes I do, I have no doubts about His existence. Why do you have such a problem with what I know, just because you choose not to discover what I know that does not in anyway negate what I know to be true.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Its incredible how you say that. It just is incredible that you pledge yourself to something you think you know. Absolutes FTW heh?

More like what you believe rather than 'know'. You 'believe' you know.
I just think you're completely wrong about it, that's all. Big Grin
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.

Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.

You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.

I'm not wrong, and your opinion does not change anything, what you have is an opinion about what I believe and nothing more.

GC, you're making an absolute statement about the existence of a deity that no one has ever actually seen or taken a photo of. Doesn't that make you a little uncomfortable? Saying something like "I feel his existence" would be more honest, I think.

You look at it backwards, you think because you do not know God exists He doesn't. Absolutes makes life so much more enjoyable. Don't you hate it when you have to guess what should be instead of knowing. God is absolute in many ways and I find this extremely comforting. Hey, I pledge myself to whom I do know.

My neighbor knows for sure that Vishnu exists. He said GC's god is a fake.
