Has someone posted this yet?! I haven't even looked, because I'm so goddamn angry at this.
I don't give a fuck if there are good Republicans out there - I'm sure there are, but I fucking swear if you vote Conservative this year while a single one of these delusional, psychotic and evil motherfuckers is up for election, you are a douchebag. Don't tell me it's economics - these people don't understand how to be conservative about their money any more than the democrats. They are grandstanding for religion and to take things back to a medieval police state.

Sometimes I just can't stand what's going on. Shouting to the interwebs is relieving.

I'm sorry for saying this, it's not intended as a deeply-held or even serious opinion and I'm not directing it at all Americans and all that, but there are times when I wish the Mayflower had struck an iceberg. This may not be common knowledge on this forum, but Zion is given a definitive location in Mormonism: Jackson County, Missouri. This, in addition to Akin, the OP's story and the popular passage of the 'Prayer Amendment', allows me to objectively conclude that Missouri has blown past Kentucky (home of the Creation Museum and future Ark exhibit) as the U.S. bastion of batshit nuts.
