Chuck here's the problem. The problem is that you're not helping anything by totting on and on about it as if you have a right to judge people who suffer from physiological disorders or psychological disorders, or hell any other kind of disorder. This 2-week ban + perma-ban got me wondering.... is there a heaven&hell for people that get banned from forums?
Are there as many heavens&hells as there are forums?

I'm not arguing that I don't like the rules. I'm arguing that his post(s) you claimed to have breached the rule "No personal attacks" don't actually constitute personal attacks. Although, what constitutes a personal attack is subjective, anyway. Thing is, some of the things I've seen regulars say is so far from anything BGChuckLee has ever said - and so much closer to a personal attack than anything he's ever said, that there's no room for subjectivity to be had, yet they're not banned.

He was intentionally inflammatory, again and again. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the guy that much and I wish he had learned his lesson and toned it down a notch so that he could have integrated himself here, but the fact remains that he chose to behave badly. That's my 2c on the issue as a non-Mod.
