Women doesn't indicate someone with a vagina. Unless every time you think of a woman you're ignoring her entire body and personality in favor of her having a vagina: having a vagina might (at its best) be part of womanhood, but is neither guarantee of such (transmen, intersex), nor required for such (transwomen, women in non-sexual video games).

Manhood/womanhood is characterization, culturally understood, personality-based When 'woman' *does* indicate "someone with a vagina"... that's when I'm going to start worrying for the english language

No doubt, then you might say women have to be human... and then I'll bring out a shit ton of nonhuman characters who are women... then maybe you'll argue that they have to be 'IRL!', then I might respond with human women who've had their ovaries removed, and then we might realize that having access to our reproductive functions is a wash and that we'd still call those women women because they are women, but by definition cannot be women, so what's the point?

The personal attack rule is our most liberally moderated, often because (a) we mostly believe people have the right to use whatever kind of language they want, and (b) most people have thick skin and aren't bothered by the occasional attack. We generally only intervene when someone reports an instance, a flame war escalates, or when someone makes an attacking remark that is completely unrelated to the thread and was not provoked in any way (i.e. your remark in this thread).

Wait... so I can't complain unless I'm also reporting something? Someone can be annoyed by something enough to comment/remark upon it without being so 'turned off' by something that they'll report it to the authorities. I'm not allowed to respect people enough to let them do what they do, and still gripe about it to me friends?

I don't think he's done anything particularly 'wrong' here unless disagreeing with definitions and people's understanding of things is also 'wrong'.

Already did. Guess you missed that. It's in the definition of woman above - a female human being. We then went to female for XX, vagina, etc.
