After all, there are some dumbfucks who aren't True Humans™ with any capacity for intelligence worth noting. You do realize that you'd be one of the first ones to go, right? Anyway, justify that condition being included and it might be considered. (March 14, 2013 at 6:51 pm)catfish Wrote: The dumbasses have a double standard if you haven't noticed. If any dumbass would kill or maim another "legal" person (even a fetus), their dumbasses would be responsible for their actions. However, let 2 dumbasses create a new life and one of them is allowed to kill and maim that new life? Yeah - because that new life is not a legal person. There is a whole range of options available to us. 1. I value free autonomous life most - normal humans. 2. Next is life with capacity with autonomy not practiced - babies, old people, insane etc 3. Life with potential autonomy. - fetuses. 4. Life - animals/plants. And at the bottom of the ladder is, life with autonomy that chooses to infringe upon other person's autonomy. By choosing the most valuable human faculty to negate it in others it has fallen from most valuable to the least. You seem to be a good candidate for that Cat. You even posted the definition of murder yourself. It's a purely legal concept, killing when it's legal is just killing. Or do all meat-eating animals "murder" their food? Do you "muder" any bugs or vermin you might kill? Shit, plants are alive, too! I totally ate murdered potato yesterday. A foetus isn't a person with a person's rights and never will be. A foetus can't think, it can't feel, can't even make voluntary movements, it has no friends or family who will miss it (if the mother chooses not to keep it, obviously) and it will never know it ever even existed. If aborted it won't feel fear or pain because it fucking can't. A pregnant woman on the other hand (whether you like it or not) is a person with a person's rights, she can think, she can feel, can make as many voluntary movements as she likes, probably has friends and family who love her, and is very much aware of her own existance and has a life to live. Her right to not have her body completely ruined (or ruined further if she already has children), have her whole life turned upside down and suffer 9 months of utter misery followed by hours and hours of excruciating pain if she doesn't want to, is not trumped by a fucking foetus. And even then it was called slavery or racial segregation. Because it fit hte definition. Calling abortion murder doesn't. Get an education, you buffoon. You mean like your education? You know, that one that denies that a fetus is an individual human lifeform?
The type of education that leaves no valid rebuttal and results in insults? The education that causes one to adhere to the buffoonery dogma? Please keep it up, I get an immense joy from watching the morons backpedal and trip over simple biology definitions...
The education that teaches basic rights, and the difference between "human" and "person"
Are you one of those oxygen thieves who woulr charge a women with manslaughter after miscarrying? If not, why not? RE: Atheists, the death penalty and abortion...

Are you one of those developed fetuses that has no respect for the life of other fetuses based solely on age? Re: RE: Atheists, the death penalty and abortion...

They were people, as we now know, with thoughts, feelings and everything else a person has. I'm not a foetus, I'm a fucking adult person. Are you a sperm, or do you just have the IQ of one? And please answer my question regarding miscarriage. RE: Atheists, the death penalty and abortion...
