What do you mean "any"? I do believe there is a viable world view, and it is the one without your superstitious nonsense.

I'll admit, I do my fair share of mocking religious fanatics. But, then again, they do their fair share of mocking also.

All mocking aside, anyone who is in contact with god should seek psychiatric help. It's delusions like that which tend to lead to irrational behaviour, and the world could use a lot less of that.

In the very least, do everyone else in the world a huge favor and at least conduct a few tests in an attempt to validate this supernatural interaction you think your having before giving any real consideration to anything these "voices" or "influences" are prompting you to do.

Ask this supernatural being to regrow a lost limb on a close loved one or rid the world of child molestation. Whatever it is you choose to ask, be sure it's something tangibly provable.

If this supernatural being can't produce on this front, take my original advice and seek help.

Hmm yes: baseless assertion followed by baseless insult. Go you.

Rejection has to do with failing to accept the good of His love. Denial is the failure to accept the truth of His wisdom.

What if a person's 'delusions' made them act less irrationally?

In what world would something called a "delusion" do that?

The point is you want to label all religious/visionary experiences as delusions. Atheists refer to NDE's and delusions. People who have NDE's for example tend to radically alter their lives for the better.

Thinking

When I believed, I thought I had conversations with God. I prayed for hours (so sad, the time, the time!) and then I would wait for a response. When talking about this we would say things like, "I knew in my heart he was telling me to do this...” Bullshit. I thought my conscience was the Holy Spirit. I applied my knowledge of God's personality (what he approves, his love, his judgment, etc) and then made my own assumptions of what he would respond. When this came to my mind I felt so emotional and high (per se) that I felt it was a supernatural experience. All the goose bumps, the nervousness shivers, the adrenaline combined with the music at church playing (or the serenity of loneliness at home) and the motivation of so many people feeling the same things creates a sensation (delusion) of a supernatural force. This is why I always say I was cured from a mental illness. It sounds offensive, and I would have been very offended back then, but this is my conclusion now.
Pointing around: "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, fuck you, I'm out!"

Possibly, on that last statement. But then, given there's literally no data to support that assertion, one would be equally justified in claiming the reverse.
