I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Moved to Bentonville, Arkansas when I was a kid. Bentonville's claim to fame? Hometown of Wal*Mart. My dad still lives in Lincoln, and as a child I would go up and visit a couple times a year and actually moved back there to live with him for a year at one point (disastrous).
I moved out to the Washington, DC area when I was 20. I moved here as a nanny and lived and worked in Centreville, VA, which is the town/suburb next to Summer's Manassas, VA. I moved to DC about a year after moving to the area, and currently live in Silver Spring, Maryland. I have been in the DC region for about 12 years now.

I came from my mom and dad. I can't speak for anyone else.

"In short, Meyer has shown that his first disastrous book was not a fluke: he is capable of going into any field in which he has no training or research experience and botching it just as badly as he did molecular biology. As I've written before, if you are a complete amateur and don't understand a subject, don't demonstrate the Dunning-Kruger effect by writing a book about it and proving your ignorance to everyone else! Kingsport Tennessee. Smells like shit sometimes because of a local factory but the mountains are pretty gorgeous.
