Catfish is a non trinitarian Christian, where I am off the trinitarian variety. I take the whole of the scripture as so far, infallible. I stick by every word of it. Catty does not. Not to denigrate his position at all, those are just the differences as I see them. I couldn't call catty my brother in Christ, as our beliefs are too different. Only other trinitarians are members of my club. Not that I'm not happy to have him as a fellow theist and someone with considerable biblical knowledge.

Thanks for the break down. I havent been here long but i see the exact same thing.

Interesting observation. Problem is, once a person discredits the Bible they have no good reason to believe in the Christ myth.
Thats among the top reasons why myself, and many others, are now Atheists.
To frodos credit he appears to believe in the validity and authority of scriptire, which atleast puts him in line with his position.
Catfish, on the other hand, appears to a be a member of some wacky cult.
He couldnt be a member of any respected bible based church.

It's true, god never murders. God never kills either. Characters in narratives lack this ability. Within the world of the narrative - it's a different story. God both murders and kills, thankfully his victims are also characters.

But you're right about killing and murder being different. That's exactly why abortion isn't murder in countries where it is legal.
